The Transat Cat Fight

A series of Short races putting the Mini Transat and the Cruising Catermaran head to head

Sailors are free to switch between boats but which skipper will come out on top after all the events are done?

So what is the Transat Cat Fight?

Simply put its a series of races that puts the Cruising Cats against the Mini Transats. 
8 races all over the world sailing in and around the islands offshore of the worls mainlands.

​

Competitors may switch between the Transat and Cat for each race and their points are carried over into the next race to give a total at the end of the championship for an overall winner.

​

Points are as follows:

  • 10pts 1st place

  • 8pts 2nd place

  • 6pts 3rd place

  • 4pts 4th place

  • 3pts 5th place

  • 2pts 6th place

  • 1pt 7th place​

*Boats must complete the race to earn points
